Sample policy

Please create an online order (including making payment) and in the notes during checkout request a sample first. We will then send the sample for your approval. If the sample does not meet your approval and you let us know within two weeks of the order then we will refund in full. We do not send free samples without first creating an account and placing an order as this is very costly and we have very tight margins on plastic bags. We also take the sample from the same batch which is then reserved for you.
